Fan Favorites Voting Rules
Website Operator(s): Rewind E Wilson, rewindewilson.com and rewindewilsondotcom, collectively referred to in this document as the “Website Operator(s)”. References to the website owner or operator refer to these Website Operator(s), as applicable.

Purpose
Fan Favorites is an informal preference poll open to all website visitors, regardless of age, location or Fan Connection membership. It is not a contest, sweepstakes, or prize promotion and does not measure overall listenership or streams.
Songs
The initial choices are Past Days, Current Moments; Illicit Visions; One More Morning; and Echos. Additional songs will be added as they are released. Original titles and spelling remain unchanged in all languages.
Eligibility and vote submission
Each welcome-email voting invitation permits one submitted vote. The public results page includes an “Add Your Vote” link at the bottom, offering the choice to join Fan Connection or just vote. Visitors choosing to vote without joining may submit one vote during a website visit. Both paths require deliberate confirmation on the website; link scanners and automated requests must not cast votes. All accepted votes contribute to the same song totals.
Changing votes
Once submitted, a vote cannot be changed. The poll is ongoing and has no scheduled closing date.
Results and integrity
The public Fan Favorites page is viewable by any website visitor and shows genuine percentages and rankings only, updating as close to real time as practical. Raw vote counts are not displayed publicly, and demonstration values are never presented as real results. Percentages may differ slightly from 100% because of rounding. Duplicate submissions beyond the allowance for the applicable voting path, or abusive votes, may be excluded using documented, consistently applied rules.
Privacy and changes
Individual votes are not displayed publicly. Vote-to-visitor associations are retained only during a single website visit; the vote remains in the ongoing aggregate tally. A separate used-invitation record enforces the welcome-email voting allowance without retaining the recipient’s song selection. Voting data handling follows the Privacy Policy. Material rule changes must be posted before taking effect where practicable.
